FO Friday - I do Shrug

Pattern: I do shrug on Knitty.com by Jody Prival
Yarn: Valley Yarn Southwick (52% pima cotton / 48% bamboo) on onyx
Needles: US 8 Brittany DPN
Mods: This pattern almost undid me. It was not clearly written. At least I had glanced at Amy's blog Needles & Hooks where she had documented the erratas which were not all transposed to the pattern. I ripped out so many times. I would be merrily knitting along and realize that I needed to rip out 5 inches of knitting and not once but multiple times. This shrug is done. It looks amazing and my ends are cleverly woven in. I will probably never make this project.

Bud really likes the shrug and as you can see it goes really nicely with her new dress.
